the camera in the picture was in the middle of the back, and it was SO blurry
 
Fake. It is obviously a video played back and the guy is trying to move the iPod to so it looks like it's recording the video.
 
Wow. Couldn't they show a fuzzier picture of the device? :D

The video is fake. It is just playing a pre-recorded video in the iPod touch while the person is moving the hand.

Nice try! ;-)
