iPod touch ipod touch won't restor using itunes

hi guys i have an ipod touch 3rd generation... i jailbrok it using blackra1n...every thing went fine then i wanted my ipod to be normal back again so i used its settings and i erased it...now when i start it, it won't start it shows on the screen the itunes logo with the usb cable so after plunging it to itunes it is recognized but won't restore: "software not compatible"... dfu mode didn't work either... but i found out that when i start blakra1n the ipod changes the picture on the screen to the blakra1n logo that head and then freezes...
so sry for this long paragraph hehe but can somebody tell me what to do i bought it a week ago...
