iPod touch ipod touch wont turn on and isnt read by computer

okay, so i have had this new ipod for at least 2 months now, its been exchanged because i wanted a new one and i made up some random reason.
but anyways, today my ipod worked perfectly well untill i shut it down. i put it in my pocket for about 30 min as i was going somewhere and when i plugged to listen to music it wouldnt play it. so i thought that it was just some faulty issue which can be easily resolved. i reset it pressing home and power on off button on my ipod touch 2nd gen and it wouldnt turn back on. everytime i turn it on it shows me the apple ipod sign and then turns off again... the ipod is full battery, it doesnt get read by the computer when it is plugged in. ive tried everything and it would not turn on, and it wont appear on my itunes so i cant reset it either.

Look up DFU or forced recovery mode. It should allow your iPod to mount on your computer and let you to restore it. If you can't restore or it errors out, consider returning it for another one.

aha okay thx alot yea... its put in recovery mode now

Putting it in dfu mode should fix it make ur computer read it.
It's really easy to put it in dfu mode just watch the YouTube video.
