TEHRAN, Iran - A suicide bomber killed five senior commanders of the powerful Revolutionary Guard and at least 26 others Sunday near the Pakistani border in the heartland of a potentially escalating Sunni insurgency…

There’s no stopping these guys. Wherever you start pushing them away from, out of Afghanistan, out of Pakistan, they will just keep fighting anyone around them apparently. They must meet god in battle!

Once we have a large scale war and insurgency in Iran in déjà vu, where would they go? Hmmm…maybe they will go even further away this time…like North Korea! :p

Your approach to these threads sickens me. You just love death and destruction don't you?

Yeah! More shiny whizz-bang toys! More meat for the grinder!

You too have noticed rasmasyean's thing for shiny military porn coupled with a total disregard for human life.

(On the plus side he/she is running out of 'New Battlegrounds'.)

Its not the message, its that you take some sort of glee from the situation.

I think they are going to be disappointed when they find out their seventy two virgins aren't all necessarily of the opposite sex. :p

More disappointed than you when you find that your whole bible was a confidence trick? :p

There's a peculiar irony in a believer in one fairy-tale deriding another believer for his naivety.

Can I do it with a Barrett M82, recoil-operated .50 cal sniper rifle firing 12.9x99mm M2 Ball ammunition at a range of 2,600 yards?

Perhaps some sort of an airborne laser would be more fitting?

So, you think a shot from a YAL-1 on the 747-400F using the Chemical Oxygen Iodine Laser, firing a megawatt beam at a target up to 600km away might be more appropriate.

You guy’s attempts at military porn ramble are pathetic. In the days leading up to the hypermedia era, all you can do is google can cut some random text… *sigh*

Actually, I wrote the phrases after quickly looking up some statistics, but you can think them lame if you want.

    You're right. may I?

Breaking news! Looks like tensions may rise soon. Something like this may spark some anger and blame games. Who knows what this may lead to...

Feds move to seize N.Y. skyscraper, 4 mosques

NEW YORK - Federal prosecutors Thursday took steps to seize four U.S. mosques and a Fifth Avenue skyscraper owned by a nonprofit Muslim organization long suspected of being secretly controlled by the Iranian government.

This new diplomacy seems to be working, or not. I can't really tell.

These kinds of diplomacy tactics never really work when you have regimes that don’t really budge. There isn’t a “compromise” solution. Simply, either cannot exist with the other. Often the only course of action is the removal of leadership by force and a change in regime or elimination of the state itself. This results in war naturally and so far, it looks like there will be a gang-up once again…since of course, we all know Iran’s “importance” in the place of world resources.

Indeed; our current chief executive's weakness in regard to winning in Afghanistan could in fact lead to IED's along our own roads here in this nation and a renewed threat by Al Qaeda on our shores. His weakness in making a decision to plus up troop support, as requested by the Commanding General way back in August, means our Servicemen's lives will be on the line due to our weak kneed leader... Stopping Al Qaeda, as was done through tough anti-terrorism measures advanced by former President Bush, kept us safe from 2002-2008 following 09/11. Our current leader's incompetence threatens our very security.
