I heard she's slept around quite a bit. Pass it along.
Yeah I ran across this story a few days ago... She's just one more person who's finally seeing Bush's plan for what it is: a miserable failure. She joins the millions of Americans who used to support Dubya Dubya II, but have changed their minds due to the incompetence of the war plan and the total lack of any willingness to admit a change of course needs to happen.
Bush MUST fix this before the only option left is to cut and run. But he won't. He can't.
Shouldn't that be who are embedded...?
Not if the "which is" refers to "the assembly," because it is singular -- in American English anyway. I realize the convention is different in British English.
It was a joke.
The idea of Bush talking about Iraqi women being embedded in the constitution just seemed a rather disturbing, but at the same time, rather amusing image...
British humor is so fascinating.
Why, thank you, MacT!
Especially when you know it's humor. Then it's even funny sometimes.
Yes, I picked up on that rather interesting choice of words. Not a great Bushism by the standards to which we've become accustomed, but a solid effort. Extra points awarded for difficulty. Well done, Mr. President!
Wonder what they'll call her? Flip-flopper? Nah, that one's already taken. Traitor? Terrorist sympathizer? I'm just hoping the liberal media actually picks this up. We're hearing about Cindy. We should be hearing more about this women.
