Is It Just Me, Or Is The 'Funnest iPod Ever' Slogan Really S**t

    As the title suggests i'm not a fan of the Funnest iPod Ever slogan.

    Funnest isn't even a real word!!

    what are your thoughts?

    I agree with you.

    Crap slogan. And "funnest" is one of those awful words that "marketing" love to dream up.

    Funnest is an awful word. If i heard someone describe the touch as that id give them a swift kick in the family jewels lol. Reminds me of a 1960s advert.

    " Aww gee dad thanks for getting me an ipod Touch, its the funnest ipod ever!! Its swell!! " :p

    Apple's marketing department is famous for not following grammatical rules. "Think different," anyone?

    actually I asked my English teacher, and she said that there is some loop hole that makes "funnest" a word.:D

    whether its grammatically correct doesn't bother me one way or the other, it is after all advertising/marketing, and part of its kitsch.

    what does bother me however is that it sounds stupid and contrived as if Apple were trying way too hard. so i agree with the OP
