Is it OK to talk on your iPhone for hours @ 100% charged and still have it plugged?

Plugged meaning the iPhone plugged to an outlet to conserve and maintain 100% battery (to use on the go) while speaking on the phone with someone for 1-2 hours? Thanks.

Yes, it's fine. There are apps that will use battery at a faster rate than charging, however the phone isn't one of them.
