Is it OK to use an iPad charger (10v) to charge an iPhone 4s?

    I just want to make sure I won't be screwing up my battery... I assumed they were the same, but then I compared the two chargers and noticed the difference in voltage.

    Several threads here discuss this with links to Apple specs - short answer is "Yes".

    BTW iPad charger is not 10V, not sure where you came up with that. But the answer is still "Yes" ;)

    The iPad charger is not 10 volts. It is 10 watts.

    Yes it is OK to use the iPad charger to charge your iPhone 4S.
