when I use the flashlight function, the light is always very white, like the usual LED flashlights. (iPhone 13)

however, I was shooting videos with the rear light on today and noticed that it produces a yellowish light(more like the color of regular incandescent light bulbs)

is it possible to make the flashlight produce that yellow color instead of the usual white LED color?

If it was possible, a flashlight app would do it. And as far as I know, none of the flashlight apps can change the light’s color. So I’d say no.

I was curious about this as I rarely use the flash in my camera.

There is a third party camera app called Focos (I’m sure there are others with the same functionality).

When in the app and you click the flash icon. There is a torch option which makes it stay on.

Best I can see but it works.
