hi,

not sure what to title this as, seeing as it's an odd one.

my laptop's HDD died the other day, and I've had to rebuild it with a clean install of Windows, but it wiped both the C: and D: drives of my laptop.

all of my backups for iTunes were on the D: drive, so I've only got the stuff saved on my iPhone, which is fine for the music and stuff, but if I connect my phone to another machine, it says it will wipe the data from the iPhone - seeing as I don't have any backups any more, is it possible to transfer my iPhone to another laptop/PC to set up a "new" machine with all the iTunes stuff in it, without losing everything??

if so... how? because Apple's website and iTunes don't show this very clearly...

thanks
