Is it true that.. the new MBPs can't use the GT card in Bootcamp?

    I've just been told this on another site. Apparently only the 9400M card is used when you boot into Windows.

    Totally devastating to me, I want to game in Bootcamp..

    Last time I checked it was the other way around... you could only use the 9600M GT.

    I can't verify, but this is what I would expect as well.

    False. The 9600M GT is the only GPU being used, not the 9400M. That site either mistyped or is very misinformed.

    I would have thought utilisation of both 9400 and 9600M GT would occur, only in Vista though. I know that the new Dell Studio XP 1340 has hybrid SLI with an integrated 9400M and 9600M GT enabling switching dependent on use. Boot camp unlike parallels, your running a proper OS install with nvidia drivers unless it's todo with the actual chipset & motherboard. Otherwise using the 9600M GT over the 9400 would make sense.
