There's only about £80 in difference (Around $110 dollars)... Is it worth buying the latest and greatest and ensuring a longer life of updates? Thanks :)

Personally the RAM difference alone makes the $110 worth it.

I'd say with all of the new features of the 6s, if you can afford the extra bucks / guid, then buy the 6s as it will have better resale value down the road.

Thanks for the responses. Yes I was starting to wonder why Apple were still sticking to the 1GB of RAM in their phones... I'm thinking I will take the plunge for the 6S Plus... :)

Has that been confirmed yet? I'm not disbelieving you, and I haven't been following the details closely.

I would have to dig, but I have seen a few links that seem to confirm it. I would be utterly stunned if it did not.

I'm not looking for '"sources" to back up your statement but rather, I was just curious to know if word has leaked out on this or not.

I doubt it is nothing new from what you have seen. How soon do you think we get a tear down from someone?

People have asked Apple through online chat multiple times and all of them confirmed the 2GB claim

I never said its 100% reliable; I'm only giving the sources.

A little common sense also helps here. do you really think Apple can cram in 3D Touch without bumping the RAM ?
