I have a 2009 13" unibody MBP and yesterday it stopped being able to connect to my home network.
All the other computers in the house are fine connecting to the same network.
It says that airport is turned on, but it refuses to list the name of the home network on the list of available networks in network prefs.
I have tried everything I know and still no luck.
Is it possible that the airport is broken?
Can anyone please advise on what I might try to fix it?
Thanks

My early 2008 MBP does that constantly, it has had it's airport card replaced once already. Typically turning off the airport card and turning it back on fixes it until my laptop's screensaver turns on, then to reconnect to the wireless I have to turn off the card and turn it back on again.

You should take it to the genius bar and see what they can do.
