As we have the Dashboard, will Sherlock become obsolete by it?

Sher-what? :p
Do you use that?
Nice in concept, pretty bad in execution, has been marginalized since os 8!
Think most of the widgets seem to replace it's best functions, so we'll see. No mention of it on the tiger page, so maybe Sherlock has been murdered himelf!

I thought apple had stopped making sherlock...i never use it. I have just opended it for the first time ever on my computer
i just use Finder to find everything on my mac and yahoo!/google off my mac.

i dont see why i would use sherlock anymore when i can get the same tolls on my screen at the press of a buttons and they work in real time.

yes dashboard will make sherlock redundant. seeing that dashboard is far more versatile.

sherlock is going away, i actualy trashed it when i set up OS X on my powerbook along with IE :D
