Is the Apple Watch Milanese Band Clasp Glued on?

Based off that thread, the consensus was that it was attached using adhesive, the only other way it would be attached is it it was welded.

Do we know if current versions are welded or is this up in the air?

I had Apple apparently send me a new Space Grey Milanese band but they instead are sending me a Silver Stainless Steel model. Has anybody ever mixed and matched the Stainless Steel with the DLC SS Apple Watch 3,4 etc and do you think it looks ok? At this point I can't complain, my Milanese was ripping, just don't know how it'll look, silver to Space Grey
