The entire iPad Air 2 device vibrates/rumbles when I have the sound on, even if the volume is only at 2 or 3 bars. And I'm not talking about music with heavy bass either, I'm talking about while playing games with very basic music and sounds. Is this supposed to happen? This was never a problem with my old iPad 2.

Sadly, yes.
The device is so thin it's been speculated they removed the rubber padding that surround the speakers.

Completely normal...

and what a nice feature it is! im so sad that my Note doesnt do that, nor my phone ;(

Get a material-based case (as opposed to plastic or metal) for it and that dampens the vibration, or alternatively get a decent bluetooth speaker and airplay to it.

The former is the cheaper option but the latter will also give you better sound quality than that of the built in speakers.

Sorry you feel the need to be so emotional. Mine doesn't suck, and it's not obnoxious.

Ruins the device? Mine is working just fine.

Emotional? Nah, just stating that it does in fact suck. You may not think so and that's fine. But it doesn't change the suckage factor. All good.
