Is there a way to use the gift card balance and get 0% interest 24 month installments on my Apple card?

When using my iPhone and Apple store app to preorder an iPhone 12 with my Apple card, I don't see an option to apply my Apple ID balance.
But on my Mac, I can apply my balance during the check out process. However, I don't see an option to choose 0% 24month installment option for my Apple card.
Is there a way to use the Apple ID balance while choosing 24month interest free installments?
