we dont need another one of these threads fyi
I'd like to see them priced like PCs.
$900 means blu-ray, HDMI, integrated graphics on par with the AMD/ATI 3200, 3GB of RAM, etc. Or the equivalent of the GeForce 8600M GT 512MB instead of blu-ray.
$1299 should be 2.5GHz Core 2 Duo, blu-ray, 1680x1050 15.4" screen, 512MB GeForce 9600M GT, HDMI, etc.
No need to be rude. I did a search but didn't find what I was looking for. Thanks for pointing it out, though. Especially without linking me to other threads about it
2.4GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
120-160GB hard drive
that is the current specs of the $1300 model
i am hoping they will just do away with combo drives and just put in superdrive.
as for memory 2g is standard.
probley a 120-160g harddrive. nothing less the 120
i dunno about the 2.4 ghz intel core 2 duo however, all but the base model has them so they will probley bump that down to base
it wasnt rude in the slightest...just direct
but the fact is this topic has been discussed to death
Mind fishing some links for me, then? I'm not an avid member of this forum, but I do know how to perform a search. Either the tool wasn't working properly or I input the wrong string of words.
those specs are too good for that price, especially for apple.
but its wishful
The point is, nobody will know until tomorrow morning. Just go to sleep, wake up and then ask once the announcement is done.
Those specs are quite common in the PC world, even at big box stores like Best Buy and Fry's.
Is it really that hard to wait 24 hrs!!! This is like the hundredth thread on the new MacBooks... Have some patience! WE DON'T KNOW WHAT'S INSIDE OF THEM!... so stop asking.
And yay for mosx!
I only typed in "900" in a general forum search and got at least 4 threads on cheap MB's.
