Seems rather low. Give it a few more charge cycles, mine has improved tremendously since I first got it.

way lower than apple's advertised battery life; I wouldn't worry about battery life right now though, since iOS 6 is draining battery on every iphone models that I own. (4, 4S ,5)

I restored from a backup. I hope it has nothing to do with that. Sigh apple and their batteries

Edit: I have brightness at 50%. I've always noticed brightness makes the biggest impact.

I have mine on full (yeah not the greatest idea, I know) but I still think that I should get at least another 2 hours or so with it

I forced myself to get used to Lower brightness to conserve battery. It sucks but eventually you'll find that 100% is too bright. Good luck
