isight intermittent problems

I have searched the forums and haven't found anyone with my problem specifically.

I got my MBP in march of 08 and it stopped recognizing the isight. When I reset my PRAM it fixes the problem but after a while it will stop working again. I took it in to apple and they replaced my whole display and that didn't fix the issue. Now I'm out of apple care and hoping it could just be a software issue.

Any ideas what it could be??
