Who says 1GB of RAM another's says 2GB of RAM, this is getting crazy now.
Isn't there anyone who can tell me the amount of RAM in this thing?

Ok.
Another question.
Why do Apple not include this information in their Keynotes ?
Lots of other information is supplied in the Keynote ~ so why not this !
Ok.

Because it doesn't matter...

Honestly, iPad only ends up using 10mb of RAM so 1gb is way too excessive, which makes it irrelevant. So, "it doesn't matter".

Reviews will be out on either monday or tuesday. I too am curious, but until then.
It is the difference between having a glorified paperweight and a full fledged tablet computer, so it should matter. The original Air was somewhat crippled due to too little sRAM, plain and simple.
I realised this major hardware shortcoming when the iOS update that came after the Air was introduced did nothing to improve it. At that point I got rid of the Air to make place for the new one. Now I'm just waiting for confirmation of 2gb sRAM before I pull the trigger.
Lots of people are going to buy one if it has 2gb. bingo
Lots of people are not going to buy one if it does not have 2gb. Bingo
Lots of people are going to buy one EITHER WAY. Bingo
But, if Apple wants to sell a ton they better have put 2gb in it, because that will be the only chance I ever buy one. Ditto
Wanted the Mini but that thing is so outdated its not even funny. Ditto
I've had my air since launch and it's always performed just fine. 1gb, 2gb it doesn't matter to me if it performs ok and it always has in my opinion so...
why dont you just ask it from apple? surely they are obliged to give all information before a customer makes decision to buy or not to buy. or is apple exception?
Ok.
