I am a longtime MR visitor, but I usually hang out in the Mac Pro section.

In the U.S., a law was just passed that allows ISPs to sell users' browsing history. I am interested to know whether folks here are considering making any changes to how you access the internet to avoid having your browsing history permanently commercially available. If so, what mechanism are you all considering?

I am considering signing on with a VPN, but I'm not sure whether I really even need to do anything.

    Thanks
