Issues With iTunes/Music on iPhone displaying "All" and "Not On This iPhone"

After upgrading all my devices my iPhone 4 does not display "All" and Not on this iPhone" for purchased music. Under purchased music it shows "Music" and "TV Shows" but nothing works when I click on them. It does does display on my iPad. The purchased apps display properly on both devices. anyone else having this issue with iTunes/Music on the iPhone? Any resolution? Thanks.

Go figure. I usually restart every morning, EXCEPT for the past 2 (since I upgraded). I had been expecting some messages during the night, AHHHHH. Everything is now good. Thanks for the reminder Sometimes we just feel stupid. This is one of those times.
