a couple of weeks ago my itouch started stopping randomly after i pressed play while listening to music and watching movies. i was not on the internet or using an app while doing this. at first i thought it might be the headphones, but i tried other headphones and it was consistent with all of them. I've even even tried pressing play without headphones in the ipod, and it still has the same problem. I just now updated it, hoping that would fix it but no luck. I've also reset it multiple times. I really don't want to take it to the store, can anyone help me?
