I'm actually pleasantly surprised. I thought Fox News was becoming a single source kool-aid, fly paper and bug zapper emporium.

Wake me up when they lose the #1 title. Besides, all the cable news channels are crap here. From Beck's nonsense to Chris Matthews getting a tingle up his leg with Obama, I've found little worth paying for. Dropped cable last year, and haven't missed the news channels a bit. (All I'm left wanting is coverage of my local MLB team).

In my experience Maddow and Cooper are at least tolerable.

Fox News is pathetic, glad to hear viewership is down.

Get O'Reilly and all the poison tongue's like him off the air.

Of the names listed in the thread, Cooper's probably my pick for the best. Maddow doesn't even attempt to stay neutral. I was watching her coverage when Scott Walker won in Mass; she sounded like she'd just come from her best friend's funeral.

I'm not saying Maddow isn't biased. I'm saying she's not bad in that she usually uses facts and doesn't cite distorted clips to back her points.

That is a major distinction. I like watching Maddow, she's very on point and no ********, it seems.

(But hey, I'm a commie liberal socialist ***** foreigner.)

I'm glad his viewership is up but I guess this is why I haven't heard much Fox News is the best comments lately on all the forums. :)

So, has Fox News reported on their losses? Bill O'Reilly never seemed to miss a chance to talk about how he's #1 with x million viewers.
