iTunes 8 Grid view search?

In grid view if you type a letter, it will highlight the first artist with that letter, eg. I press 'j' and Jack Johnson gets highlighted.

Is there anyway that I can type say 'ji' to highlight Jimmy Eat World?

I'm not talking about the search bar in the top right corner.

yes you do just as you described. You can type the first two letters of any artist and it will take you to that artist. it works the same as if you typed one letter
