itunes APP store needs acount info b4 i can buy apps, i dont remember the account inf

i bought this ipod touch from the cleveland craigslist and i believe the man changed the account info to my account info but i cant access the right account info. i dont know what to do now???? help my email is >>

Um, you did not tell him your iTunes username and password, did you? If you didn't, there's no way he can change the account info on your touch.

If you did tell him your password, you should change it to something else.

In any case, find Settings app on your touch's home screen, open it, tap "Store," tap "Sign Out," then sign back in with your username and password.
