I have an iPhone. I have a MacBook at home, which I sync the iPhone to.

I have a PC at work. I work for a government agency, so I don't have the ability to install programs on the work computer.

I would like to be able to sync my iPhone with my Outlook Calendar at the office. I can always input things manually, or email myself appointments to my home computer- but this is far from ideal.

Is it possible to install iTunes onto a USB portable stick drive, so that I could then sync my iPhone with my work PC's Outlook calendar?

I'm not sure if it would work or not but I can tell you that iTunes does put files in system folders so even if it does work, it'll "install" files on the government PC.
