iTunes Store May Capture One-Quarter of Worldwide Music by 2012

    Now, can we expand that iTunes Plus to be all music!

    No joke. I think once the record companies see that they aren't making any inroads with Amazon and others, they'll sell DRM-free on iTunes. Apple will probably have to make some token concession, like subscription music, but not much more. As for an "iPod tax" going to the record labels... it'll never happen. :)
