How do I fix the display of the itunes music store. For some reason the text is large and distorting everything.

Hmm, is that from Windows iTunes? I only say so cause it kinda looks like Windows font rendering.

It looks like a font problem either way... maybe emptying your caches would do something, or perhaps you deleted some fonts recently?

are you on windows or something? try reinstalling system fonts...
have you tried quitting out of iTunes and reopening it? that'll do the trick sometimes...
