I'm not using a mac, I'm running Windows vista, but since iTunes is technically an Apple application and this affects my iTouch I hope you guys could help me.
Anyway my problem is that my iTunes randomly will not display album art on my mp3 files, and it won't transfer the art to my iTouch even though it is on the file.
For an example if I select a song in iTunes such as Electric Feel from Oracular Spectacluar by MGMT in iTunes it just displays the box "Drag art here." If i edit the properties of the song it shows no album art either, however if i open the same file in windows media player it will display the album art. i.e. the file has album art associated with it but iTunes simply refuses to display it.
I've tried re-applying album art to all of the music missing it in my library but after a while i will notice random album art missing. I say random because it doesn't even happen to the same albums, it happens randomly through my music. I'm also running the most recent version of iTunes.
Please help this problem is extremely frustrating for me, especially since I take pride in having full albums complete with album art in my library.
