Greetings!

just recently (BOTH before and after upgrading to iTunes 8.1), I started experiencing the following problem:
As I notice that I have App updates available from the Applications screen of iTunes, I try to click on bottom right "Updates available" arrow, which usually has let me get to the specific updates available for the Apps I have purchased up to this point. Instead of taking me to the App update screen, iTunes simply exhibits an error window saying "Could not complete the iTunes Store request. The store may be busy. Check your internet connection and try later". I thus cannot get to the app update download screen. It has been going on for a couple of days now. The iTunes store seems to work otherwise of course.
i have moved my MacBookPro to different internet connections, to no avail. And the 8.1 iTunes update has not remedied to that situation.

Attached is screen view of incident.

Any idea??

Thanks for any advice!
