I've had it.. I need an alternative to Itunes !

I've had it with Itunes. I need a program that can manage several IPAD/IPhone/ IPOD/Itouch/etc.

I've been surfing around and have looked into Xilisoft IPAD Magic, ImTOO iPAD Mate as well as CopyTrans Manager.

Anyone knows if these programs are good? Or if you know something better? As much as possible, I want an all in one software.

This is what I want from the program:
Apple device = IPad/Iphone/ipod/itouch/etc

1) Transfer music/video/e-book/pdf/etc to and from Apple device to computer
2) Convert music/video/DVD files to be played by Apple device
3) optional - update the itunes database
4) optional - transfer Apps to/from the computer
5) optional - has a free update for a year or two or you can purchase free updates for X years (cause when apple updates OS of apple product, the program might not be compatible anymore so I need a program that is constantly updating versions)
6) optional - works for both MAC and Windows

If you know of such a progam, pls indicate it here so I can check it out

iTunes is the only program that meets all your needs, and is the only program that will work for transferring apps to/from non-jailbroken devices.

I think ImTOO IPAD Mate comes very close. The only thing it can't do from my list is the transfer of Apps.
