Even FOX News agrees.

Blue Velvet the Moderator agrees. He's another one, like Sarah Palin, with a way inflated view of their place in the scheme of things and their own abilities. His fifteen minutes of fame are just about up. Let's seem him write his book and run for Congress.
The sad part about this crap is that the media actually decided to start following this guy, giving him a false impression of his level of importance. Anyone who agrees with Joe here is a tad scary.
note to self: never ask a question to a politician when cameras are around
While this idiot has some inflated opinion of where he stands in all of this, you also have to blame McCain. McCain is the one who made him an issue and continues to do so. Serves him right to have him say something so stupid.
McCain keeps saying in his stump speeches that the Obama campaign has attacked Joe and that Joe didn't ask to be put into this political spotlight, but, unless I was watching the wrong debate, McCain drug him into this. Otherwise he would have been a blip on the evening news and that would have been it.
Every time I hear McCain say that, I yell at the TV. Pisses me off.
Joe should shut his pipes already.
What was the source of the leak about him anyway? Best to let the furore die a natural death: you don't want to faucet.
What a drip.
We should washer hands of him, but it'll be a bit of a wrench to let him go.
Don't in valve me.
For the record, calling out a non-public figure as "a jackass" on MacRumors Politics, Religion, Social Issues forum is now fair game. We'll add that to the "did she fake a sexual assault" and "how much can a female politician spend on clothes and makeup" to the Open Season.
Blue!! Blue?!! Blue Velvet?? Where did you go?! Skunk and IJ are doing it again!
BTW, this is a joke meant in an "I'm telling mommy" kind of way.
He is now campaigning for McCain, so he's not exactly a "non-public" figure...
It's easier if you just go with the flow.
Oh no! We've lost another one to the dark side!
I think we've found the 2012 running mate for Gov. Palin'.
Obama said "Joe the plumber" four times during the debate.
McCain said "Joe the plumber" twenty-four times during the debate, and continues to talk about him in his speeches and commercials.
Shame on you, Obama.
He can't, he's not licensed!
Joe the Plumber is an idiot. He bases his opinion on his feelings at the time he speaks, and doesn't base his opinion on any sort of real information.
The fact that even Fox News is now saying that the figurehead used by McCain to represent the American people is "scary" speaks volumes about McCain's continued use of him as a prop. It's not working, and he should go home.
Sadly, we've lost many there.
I've seen some meager reasoning for mock outrage before, but this is pretty lame.
I wouldn't sweat it.
I'm feeling kind of drained anyway.
Looks like it's time for me to pipe up in this thread.
I noticed none of you even talk about the SUBSTANCE of "Joe's" comments. You just call him names and say he's stupid. Very educational conversation!
Sewer you going to start now too?
