They actually don't know which particular executive orders they're going after yet. All they know is they're suing Obama. This will somehow create jobs and benefit the country. Link

Proof that Obama had anything whatsoever to do with that? And we don't want any BS from your other thread that was closed because you failed to provide proof.
Supreme Court already ruled on it, less than a third of Americans support repealing it. Next....

    ----------

Wouldn't we have to prosecute Bush then as well? Or only Obama?

Obamacare is unconstitutional IMO and it'll be repealed once we get a sensible man in office.

    Yes bush and obama.

The only that would make this more amusing is if Obama gets Hillary to defend him.....

You've already been told by a moderator that google search links don't count as sources. Cite an article and quote a paragraph, as per forum rules.

    Here's another source.

No, this is not a parody. Yes, they really are that stupid.

You mean you doubt the legitimacy of the story because a politician said something astoundingly, unbelievably stupid?

    That's no criterion for disbelief!

    No moderator told me that.

Also, what about the NSA Scandal? The IRS scandal? The Benghazi scandal? The you can keep your healthcare scandal? The no fly list scandal? The VA scandal? The Guantamo Bay scandal? The Russia scandal? The unlimited detention scandal?

This has placed a black mark on the administration and I am not happy about it. Nor is my community and everyone I know.

Ok, first of all, nowhere in that article are any excerpts that back up your claim. Not one. Second of all, none of those things you mentioned above have anything to do with this. This is about executive orders.

Why do you think Boehner is suing? It's because of all the scandals Obama has done.

The title of of your post is false and misleading and should be edited.

I read the article and it says they are not suing him because he IS the President, but because he's been using his executive powers.

Essentially, you can't just do whatever you want. You have to ask Congress.

What Boehner is saying he's just been saying to do this or that and using his executive power instead of going through the process of asking Congress.

Well kettle call the pot black. What about republicans rejecting mandatory background checks Enron though over 80% of Americans including NRA members wanting it. Passing laws to make legal the actions they wanted to do like government shutdown.

Funny. I know very few people who talk about the IRS "scandal". I know pretty much no one who talks about the NSA "scandal". I've never heard anyone talk about the no fly "scandal". And the best part...no one gives a flying crap about Benghazi.

Face it. None of these are scandals. They're cooked up scare stories disseminated by right wing scaremongers. And you fall for it, every single time.

I fundamentally disagree. Each and everyone of those are in fact scandals.

I am a former Democrat, now Independent. I switched parties because I am ashamed of all this.

Aren't Democrats supposed to care for a free and open society? How can we have one if you're being spied on and the IRS is targeting you?

I'm not saying Republicans do either. I'm just saying right now, any R or D who supports laws that violate the Constitution is at fault.

(YES, INCLUDING BUSH) I am NOT a Republican!

Right, which is the President's legal right. What part of this is confusing?
