Hey,

Got my very first Iphone today!!!! YAY!
iPhone 4S

But I can't access the internet on it. Unless on a wi-fi. Do I still have to wait till the network as finished it end? I can send messages and make calls.

Also

I was using Siri today and now its very very slow! takes like one min to work.
Is it normal? Will it work faster at a later time? I read it could be something to do with the servers?

data plan?

It says on the paper they gave me

24 month iphone 600 minutres + ULTD TEXTS + 1gb

I think the internet is working now!

But 191 on vodafone is still saying
Sorry I could not get your mobile number.
After I type my number in.

Do I have to wait till the network has finished doing something?
I would like to take a look at my balance and usage.

Congratulations on your new iPhone ! I just got my first smartphone last April.

If you just got it today, you will probably have to wait a day or two for your account to get setup on the carriers computers.

Siri works very slow for me too sometimes, most times it is very fast.

Note the bolded part:
Siri uses the processing power of the dual-core A5 chip in iPhone 4S, and it uses 3G and Wi-Fi networks to communicate rapidly with Apple’s data centers.
I.e. it requires data. Therefore, if you're having data issues...
