I think it is 2 days. It's funny though because sometimes they will send a replacement iPhone with the box to mail yours in.

since 2 days to ship back then 2-5 days to get my iphone back?

and i guess you have to be very lucky to get one when you got the box lol

If you have AppleCare they do that, otherwise you have to send yours first.

it's called advance replacement. they put a pending charge for an iphone on your cc in case you decide not to return it. we did it without having applecare.

I always get advance replacement, they ship me a new one and i have 30 days to return the old one.I do this also on my macs..
