Kansas City, AT&T or Verizon

Been debating on returning my AT&T iPad for a Verizon. My speeds seem ok to me but defiantly not as good as what I am seeing others pull. Wanting to see what Verizon users here in KC were getting. Thinking Verizon may be the better choice.

I have been wondering the same thing. Here is a test I did this morning on ATT with 2 bars just like your screenshot hitting the same server.

Down - 24.61Mbps
Up - 4.29 Mbps
Ping - 63ms

I only did 1 speed test in Olathe and it wasn't very good it was like 9 down and 4 up. This is Verizon

Wow. It wasn't that long ago I would have killed for 9Mbps download speeds on a mobile device.

Based on that it may be wise to stick with AT&T. Like he fact that I can fall back to Hspa+ then 3G.

I tested this morning in Overland Park and got 22 down 7 up
