    BBC.

Do lawyers really have no shame? How can anyone stand up in his defence?  :(

He should be left to poorly defend his indefensible self, and left to rot.

Due process is due process. We certainly don't need another kangaroo court like Saddam Hussein's. The US appears to have possibly muddied the waters again somewhat, though. While refusing to sign up to the ICJ, why are they even involved?

While on the subject, I found this earlier statement from Holbrooke deliciously ironic:

Karadzic and his defense council need something. Obviously, its already started in the media. It's early yet, and who knows just what strategy they will use in both the media and the proceedings.

    Ah!!

To use a word you are quite familiar with, machinations.

Don't look behind the curtain, lest you see something you will not like. ;)

Hague is Mickey Mouse court with no other purpose but to justify Western views and dealings for internal consumption.

I didn't realise Mickey Mouse was a kangaroo.
