keyboard loose on NEW PB G4 15-inch 1.5 ghz!!!

Just FYI:

Just got my brand spankin' new PB G4 15-inch 1.5 ghz today....sat in awe over the hugeness of the display, plugged in, booted up, started typing registration info in and.....

The keyboard feels like mush in the top left corner. Whole upper left side feels like my old iBook -- way, way springy. I look and the keyboard is not even attached in that corner. ARGHHHH!!! I save up for months and this is my thanks!!!!

I, infuriated, call Apple...they issue me a DOA return....the new book should be here within a week.

I'm just ranting, but thought I would post just to let others know....

I hope the new book is in better shape!!!

I am sorry to hear of your plight. I hope that this is an isolated incident as I have one in the air between China and Alaska as we speak. Apple has always been good in dealing with me when I have had problems, and I hope that they do right by you. Anyway, I feel your pain and hope mine is not in the same shape that yours was.

just bought one a month ago with not a single problem, so sounds like its an isolated incident to me...
