First: I wish Forbes would stop referring to the full page ad you get when you first go there as a "Welcome Screen".

Second: I wish Forbes and every other publication would stop reporting on things based on somebody else's article. Newsweek got the scoop, I know how hard that is to accept, but writing an article about their article (when you won't have the details until "later monday") does not compensate.

I used to think Apple and the like got upset when these exclusives got leaked before the actual announcement, but now it's clear to me that they win this way. They get one sycophant to write an embarrassingly positive review and let it hit the public before the actual announcement. Every other hack in the press needs to get something on record because the first guy did, so they all read the first guys article and try to add their own spin, to the extent you can add information about something you haven't seen, but mostly just parrot all the praise the first guy gave. Boom. Rave reviews from all major outlets.
