If there was a god, then he wouldn't have allowed Kirk Cameron's career to nosedive into obscurity.

Then again maybe he would...

I'm sorry, this video just sent me into fits of laughter. I'm surprised even O'Reilly put him on. :D

I'm just surprised you can watch even a few seconds of FOX news.

It is kind of funny. "Well, if you look at it, illogically it makes total logical sense".

Within the eye argument I found my favorite part to debate. The eye is such a complex part. I God must have made it, but then not all eyes have formed correctly (mine included). Therefor by saying God made a imperfect eye diminishes the idea that the God is all powerful and all knowing.

I work better that these thing speaking then typing.

Well thank God that's cleared up. About time, too. I feel such a fool. Thanks, Kirk!

Well, later, guys. Guess I have to go to church now.

Say, Kirk, before I go, could I get you to prove which denomination is the right one? It'll save me a lot of time.

I think I've seen that. When I was in law school, one of my roommates found out that he was an evngelist now. That led to visiting his site and watching those videos, including (I think) the one that lee linked. And that led to getting the Left Behind movies off of Netflix. Some of the best Unintentional Comedy I have ever seen.

I do too! :) That was what had me on the floor. Ok, so do you guys really think he believes this stuff, or is he just out to make some cash?
I think he's pretty earnest. The Left Below movies were more a labor of love than an attempt to make serious cash (especially after you see the production values on the sequels). His wife (the blond chick in the movies) is pretty into this stuff too.

You have to appreciate that he spends all his time and whatever fame he has left on a cause he believes in. We could all do better to devote ourselves in that way (and it would be nice to be able to afford to do so).

I would appreciate it if it wasn't so bizarre. That's like saying I should appreciate Fred Phelps for dedicating his time and money to what he does. Crazy is crazy.

Crazy is crazy, I agree. And, you're right that I shouldn't celebrate dedication for its own sake.

But, I find Kirk to be more of the harmlessly devoted type. He isn't going around interfering with funerals or other moments of tragedy to further his own agenda. He makes bad movies, Unintentionally Funny web clips, etc. Imagine if the radical right (and left) were more like him. Sincere in their belief and in their hope that you would listen to their reason, but not going so far as to shoot/blow up/incite violence against/carve/etc people.

He knows that no means no, but he just thought he would ask anyway because he was hoping you might say yes.

I guess so. It's just sad and funny at the same time. And I still want a crocoduck. :)

I always said if there was I god and died and went to heaven, the first thing I'd ask him is WTF was he think when he designed teeth? God- they're the most poorly designed things in the human body. They rot so quickly.
