It is well known that the Powerbooks have 512k L2 cache, and the G4 iBook 256k L2 cache. But is that where the differences stop? This particular question is relating to the size of the die on which the chips are produced. Are the PB G4 chips produced on a 0.13micron die, while the iBook's are on 0.15 or 0.18 micron die? Or are they both produced on the same size chip. Are there any other differences in these chips? Since getting a straight answer out of motorola is like trying to draw blood from a stone.
