Launching Windows application from the Dock using Fusion 2.0

The VMWare web site says that I can place a Windows application on my dock, and then quickly launch it courtesy of VMWare Fusion 2.0. For the life of me, I cannot find instruction on how to do this! I don't need to share my Mac files with the PC, I just want a quick way to launch a couple of my Windows apps.

Any help would be much appreciated!
