Good, you did all the easy things. Now for the hard part, delete porn from your heart and mind. It is a man killer, a destroyer of character. It's addictive and it will simply get worst if you take it lightly.

I just looked on the macromedia files. Although I haven't been on porn on my mac there are a few sites that I don't recognise the website names and when i trowl through the multiple files some say tracking etc.

No need to go to all the hassle or time spent to do a cover up. When you do cover-ups, it's usually the act of doing a cover-up that kills your reputation much faster than whatever the misdeed being covered up was.

Porn is a good outlet to let off some steam (did I say it right?) I mean, what would you women rather have? Your guy hitting it off with other women or be faithful and watch some porn instead?
