I just backed these. They looked great, and Zolo is owned by Anker so I have no worries about them not delivering.

They look very impressive, and audio quality should be significantly better than AirPods given Graphene drivers. Support for Siri, Alexa, Cortana, and Google Assistant is also built in.

Thoughts?

Those look pretty great. The proof will be in the pudding if they actually start shipping in October -- that's almost the same availability window of AirPods!

I think they will. I love my AirPods - they are a great product - but something that focuses on sound quality and also has a solid Bluetooth connection would be great. The battery life is a tad shorter on these, which I'm pretty sure is due to higher power / quality internals, but 3 and half hours is plenty for me, especially with the charging case.

Usually I would be skeptical, but since these are made by Anker I would expect they have a pretty solid path set towards a successful launch. They know how to build great products and I don't think they would tarnish their name by pushing a timeline they knew was impossible to meet.
