Hm... I'd say more like:
iMacs - new design, ACD-ish with aluminum, etc.
$1199 - 20", 1gb, 250gb,
CD ('cause Apple likes to force you into the next model for one feature you NEED), 2.2ghz C2D, not to up on current GPUs, but something cheap-ish w/ 128mb.
$1499 - 20", 2gb, 500gb, SD, 2.4ghz C2D, slightly upgraded GPU (faster, more VRAM).
$1799 - 24", 2gb, 500gb (maybe second HDD an option now, depending on design) , SD, 2.6ghz C2D
with announcement for quad core model shipping soon, upgraded GPU, something pretty high end but not enough to satisfy the gamer crowd
Mini - new form factor, AppleTV footprint, roughly the same height as the current mini, maybe a few tenths taller. White plastic design, since the iMac moved to aluminum.
$499 - C2D 1.8ghz, 1gb RAM (4gb max), 120gb (desktop) HDD, CD, x3000.
$599 - C2D 2.0ghz, 1gb, 160gb, SD, x3000.
$799 - C2D 2.2ghz, 2gb, 250/300gb, SD, 7200GT (or something around that low-middle class; again, not up on the GPUs nowadays).
BTO options: TV tuner, new LCD screen/multitouch universal remote (IR and BT), HDD up to 500gb.
Displays - Current ACDs get a price drop, maybe some new specs. Keeping the "pro" target market.
New LCDs for the home market:
$199 - 19" widescreen (1440x900), 18-bit, iSight built in, matches the new mini/old iMac. iPod dick built in, with 1 additional USB port (to help separate the "pro" and "consumer" displays).
$299 - 22" widescreen (1680x1050), 18-bit, iSight, same design as 19". Same design and features.
BTO option: attachable speakers or base with speakers in it ~$99, can interface directly with iPod or the computer.
Wishful thinking sure, but I think there's a grain of potential truth to a lot of it.
