Is there a way that I can load videos and music manually?. I mean to read the Apple Touch as a drive and load videos and music manually without the annoying automatic procedure of Itunes doing what he wants and not what I wish?
Thanks

No there is not unless you jailbreak it (need a gen1 iPod touch for this). You can always check "Manually manage music and videos". That way you can drag and drop your music files onto the iPod touch, or create playlists on the fly.

Disk Aid I've used to backup my Ipod. It's $20. It has the ability to send files to the Ipod but I haven't tried that yet. I just got my used touch a couple of weeks ago and wanted to backup the 2100 songs on it the previous user left ;) before I synced it to my itunes account.
