If I upgrade to ML, install it, but at some later point wish to leave that mac (either to sell, mothball, whatever), what happens to the OS? If I'm not signed in will it still get updates?

Logging out of App Store what happens to OS?

My DP4 machine got the 12A256 update when signed out, so I assume that the retail version will also get updates when signed out.
