Hi,

can anyone tell me where/how do I enter the "Enter" key in Ignition for iPhone? Say I'm using Ignition to write an email on the remote machine and I press Enter on the iPhone keyboard to make a new text line, but what it does instead is it tries to send the email... Am I missing something here?

Many thanks!

edit> I just got this pathetic official response from Logmein support:

Hello,

Please reinstall per the following instructions:

If you are experiencing trouble with Ignition for iPhone/iPod touch and would like to reinstall the app, you must first delete the app. There are two ways to delete LogMeIn Ignition from the iPhone/iPod Touch. The first option you have is deleting it directly from the device. In order to do this go to the iPhone/iPod Touch home screen, then press and hold the Ignition icon until the icons on the home screen start wiggling. Click the X at the top left hand side of the icon to delete from the device.

The other way to delete Ignition is through the iTunes application library on your computer. In order to do this you should be at the computer on which you normally synch your device.

1. Click Applications on the left hand side of the iTunes window.
2. Right-click the LogMeIn Ignition application and choose Delete from the shortcut menu.
3. Select Remove when asked if you want to remove the application from your iTunes library.
4. Select Move to Trash when asked if you want to move the selected application to the Trash.

To redownload and install the Ignition application to your iPhone/iPod Touch, make sure you are signed into your iTunes account with the same email address you used for the original purchase. Locate the application and click the Buy app button or tap the price on the device. You will then see a dialog box that says You have already purchased this item. Click OK to continue with the download. If you follow these steps from your computer, and not your device, you will then need to synch your device to iTunes on the computer.

I hope this helps. Please feel free to contact me if you have any further questions.

WTF?
